The term ‘KAZA Tech Solutions– Your Local Geek or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you or Customer’ refers to the user or viewer of our terms. The following forms a legal agreement between you and KAZA Tech Solutions . By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our policies and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. KAZA Tech Solutions and/or its license own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website. This website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. General:
KAZA Tech Services does charge your credit/debit card after your acceptance of the quotation via email/phone for onsite support, but under any circumstance, if we are not able to resolve the issue even once, we will process a refund right away. For onsite service, if the technician visit doesn’t happen or issues are not resolved, we will try to reschedule the appointment or refund the amount you paid for the service. Customers reserve the right to cancel onsite service a minimum of 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; however, service cannot be canceled if accepting the technician’s call on the same day. If service is canceled after accepting the technician’s call, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be given if service is canceled after the stipulated time frame or if service is declined when the tech is already onsite or on the way to the site. KAZA Tech Services reserves the right to cancel the service appointment at its sole discretion, and a full refund will be issued in that case. The cost of the parts may be a separate order from the service order and can change until the last minute, as the total number of parts replaced can vary in some complex repairs.
Service:
You agree that KAZA Tech Solutions shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage, including data loss, while receiving our services. KAZA Tech Solutions reserves the right to decline onsite services due to any reason at its own discretion. Onsite services: By accepting our quotation via email, you agree to accept our tech visit and will be responsible for providing the right access to the technician to perform necessary repair work. We will attempt to perform a diagnostic via phone to understand the issue and find an appropriate resolution. You agree that KAZA Tech Solutions shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage, including data loss, while receiving our services. All repairs on your computer must be completed at your location, and equipment should not be removed for any reason.
Payments:
All payments are subject to be made in full before or immediately after the service completion using valid payment options. We do not accept any mode of payment other than those mentioned on our website. For making online payments, customers should be eligible or authorized to use the card. In situations where a 2nd person’s card has to be used for making payment, we will need verbal or email authorization from the cardholder. KAZA Tech Solutions may refuse to accept service requests in any doubtful situation. We may decide to verify your identity before accepting payments in some critical situations.
Estimated Time:
We do not guarantee how much time it will take to resolve an issue as it may vary. By accepting the quotation, you agree to allow KAZA Tech Solutions the required time to fix the problem. Mere speculations from the customer, which are beyond the scope of support, will not qualify for a refund. We will issue a refund if the issue is not resolved after trying all our resources, but KAZA Tech Solution will not provide any kind of extra compensation in these situations. Any service denial in the middle of service from the customer’s end will not qualify for a refund at any cost for the technician fee.
Service Availability:
KAZA Tech Solutions Onsite service is available in specific areas nationwide and may be serviced either by our expert or authorized local technician, depending on the location. Customers are provided with an estimated time when making appointments. This is an estimate only and can vary based on many factors such as previous jobs, traffic, vehicle issues, emergencies, and other incidents that may occur. KAZA Tech Solutions may not be held liable for losses due to a late or missed appointment and may request to reschedule if needed. You agree that KAZA Tech Solutions shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage, including data loss, while receiving our services. All repairs on your computer must be completed at your location, and equipment should not be removed for any reason.
Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy:
Onsite appointments may be canceled or rescheduled anytime 6 hours before the committed time at no charge. We will charge a $49.99 fee if you request an onsite service visit and wish to cancel the order after the tech has confirmed their arrival time. If a technician arrives at your location at the scheduled time and you are not available, you will be charged the full amount.
Unpaid Balances: Any unpaid balances that remain on your account will be subject to a 30% collections fee and will be transferred to our collection agency. This applies to declined credit cards, credit card disputes, or any other reason resulting in an unpaid balance. KAZA Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel this service at any time if we determine the service is being misused, abused, or if you require an exceptionally higher than the normal number of support calls.
